INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT POLICY: An incidentals deposit is required and will be authorized on your credit card in the amount of $150.The authorized amount will be released upon inspection of the room if there are no incidentals.
PET POLICY: There is an additional $10.00 (plus tax) nightly charge for pets. Room will be inspected upon check-out for any pet related incidentals. ***The incidentals deposit will be used if any extra cleaning/sanitizing is required due to pet incidentals. ***
SMOKING POLICY: All our rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke outside of your room. Please, do not leave door open while smoking outside of your room. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation until 2 days (48 hours) prior to check-in time on the date of arrival, at which point there will be a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room charge plus tax.
